Depending on both your goals and your interests, we build a plan that may incorporate the best of cardio drills, boxing, stretching and weight lifting. Because all of these disciplines have such variations, you won’t find yourself doing the same routine repetitively. Workouts stay fresh, challenging and engaging.
When the weather permits, we even move outside for some cardio activities. Not only do we build a plan specifically for you, we work with you – 1 on 1 – for the duration of your workout, from warm ups through abs, we are with you, coaching and encouraging you to progress!
We recommend training three days a week, but can work around your schedules and even help design office or travel based routines to keep you on track when you just can’t make it to the gym.
