Personal Training allows to you to learn proper boxing technique, spar, increase strength.  This training is designed specifically for you.

We offer personal training for Adult & Children:
  • Competitive boxers
  • Non-Competitive boxers
  • Non-Boxers looking for strength and conditioning or training without sparring

Don’t worry about being out of condition! We can scale our workouts for all athletes based on your fitness level, health and experience.  Semi-Private and Small group training is also available.
