Personal Training sessions are designed and tailored specifically to you, at any age and any level! Private lessons will allow you to learn proper boxing technique, increase your strength, and learn how to spar. All workouts are created for the individual, your ability, and with your goals in mind.
Boxing is a group sport! Group fitness classes will help you boost your endurance, improve your mood, lose weight, burn calories, get fit, work together, and learn to box! Our classes are for all fitness levels and abilities. Burn up to 800 calories in a 60 minute class! We recommend training a minimum of 3 days a week to succeed at your fitness goals.
